“VISIONS OF WARRIORS” TO SCREEN AT THE KERN COUNTY LIBRARY / BEALE MEMORIAL LIBRARY [POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE]

We’re excited to announce that “Visions of Warriors” will be screening at the Kern County Library/Beale Memorial Library on Tuesday, 4/7/2020, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. as part of California Center for the Book and the California libraries’ “ Community Conversations with Veterans” program. The original Beale Memorial Library with its mission style architecture was opened in 1900. Because of an earthquake in 1957, it moved to a new location on Truxtun Avenue. In 1988, a new main library building at this location was opened and has served the community ever since. The Kern County Library system offers Veterans Resource Centers at multiple locations. Its goal is to offer its customers a positive library experience and outstanding service. Thank you to Ashley Clay, Kern County Library/Beale Memorial Library, Julianna Robbins, and California Center for the Book for this great honor.
