WHEN WILL THE FILM BE RELEASED?
It will be released on Veterans Day 2017 to honor our veterans.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A LICENSE?
A license allows you to legally screen the film for an audience.
WHAT TYPE OF LICENSE DO I NEED?
We offer three types of licenses for different organizations or institutions:
College / University License:
You need this license if you want to screen the film at a higher education institution, including colleges, universities, graduate programs, and extension programs. You can also use this license to add the film to the institution's library as part of its collection.
Non-Profit / Business License:
You need this license if you want to screen the film at a non-profit organization or business, including veteran, military, mental health, general health, alternative therapy, art therapy, and arts/cultural organization as well as a conference, meeting, fundraiser, or special event.
Public Library / K-12 License:
You need this license if you want to screen the film at a public library or a K-12 school. You can also use this license to add the film to the public library or K-12 school's library as part of its collection.
WHAT IF I'M AN INDIVIDUAL AND JUST WANT TO SCREEN IT FOR A SMALL COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION?
You need a Non-Profit/Business License.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I SCREEN THE FILM?
You can screen the film as many times as you'd like in one location.
WHAT IF I WANT I TO SCREEN THE FILM IN MORE THAN ONE LOCATION?
If you want to screen the film in more than one location (i.e., two different departments of a college or university, two different chapters of a non-profit organization, two different locations of a business, two different branches of a public library, two different K-12 schools of a school district, etc.), then you need to purchase an Extra Facility License for each additional venue.
WHY ARE THERE DIFFERENT PRICES FOR LICENSES?
This pricing is tiered for different organizations or institutions, based on their size and usage. It also follows the industry standard pricing of educational distributors.
WHAT IF I WANT TO PLAN A SPECIAL SCREENING?
We can help you plan a special screening to meet your needs. The filmmakers can present the film to your organization or institution and do a Q&A. Please contact us at: shoot[at]humanistfilms[dot]com

WHAT IF I WANT TO SCREEN THE FILM IN BLU-RAY INSTEAD OF DVD?
You'll need to purchase a separate Blu-ray.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT POLICY?
